White Bean Chicken Chili
The 2 Week Diet


3 Chicken Breast cooked and shredded

1 Package Taco Seasoning

2 Cans Chicken Broth

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

I Can Rotel Tomatoes

2 Cans White Beans (I sometimes use 1 can white & 1 can brown)

1 Can Shoepegg Corn

¼ tsp Cummin

¼ cup chopped cilantro

Salt/Pepper to Taste


Mix shredded chicken with taco seasoning and water!

Add remaining ingredient.  Simmer in crockpot on

low for 2 – 3 hours!  Delicious!

Serve with your favorite toppings such as shredded

cheese, sour cream, salsa or green chilies!
